Treatments bookings can be made by calling us directly, emailing us or online. If you are unsure of the best treatment for you, our highly skilled therapists will be delighted to advise you. Before your appointment we will send you a consultation questionnaire for you to complete, we ask that you spend a few moments completing this form with as much detail as possible so that we can ensure you get the very best treatment to suit your requirements.

Firstly you will receive a warm welcome and time will be set aside to discuss your treatments. You will be offered your own personal Beauty Matters Treatcard. The Treatcard is assigned to your Beauty Matters profile and can be used to collect treat points whenever you purchase a treatment, gift voucher or a product. Please remember to bring your Treatcard along with you to your appointments so that we can scan it  and add your points to your profile. As your points build up you will earn FREE treatments.

When booking an appointment PLEASE inform us if you are pregnant, on medication, under a doctors care or have had aesthetic injectables in the treatment area in the past 2 weeks.

As we are not medically trained, on rare occasions we may require a doctors consent to carry out certain treatments. Some medications or procedures can cause sensitivity to the skin and therefore may prevent planned treatments from being carried out. We will always try our best to find an alternative treatment where possible. If you feel that any of the above may restrict your treatment please call us and we will be more than happy to advise you further.

Beauty Matters can only infill, rebalance or remove nails and lashes that have been applied at Beauty Matters salons. Please contact us if you require further information.

Both Beauty Matters branches have wheelchair access. Please let us know if you need to use this access prior to your visit.

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and if you arrive late for your appointment we will do our utmost to ensure you receive your full treatment. However, in some cases it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time.

We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment or regrettably a cancellation charge of 50% of the full treatment cost will apply. Full charges will be imposed for no shows.

Beauty Matters have a small private parking area at the front of both salons. We recommend that your
 rear wheels do not infringe on the pavement as this may result in a parking penalty from the traffic warden. There are numerous FREE car parks local to the salons. Please be aware that the car parks do get very busy at peak times.
